Losing your debit card can be a stressful experience, but now, regaining control is just a few taps away. With our newly introduced Card Lock feature, you hold the power to instantly freeze your card, preventing any unauthorized transactions. Whether you’ve misplaced your card or suspect it might be compromised, this feature gives you the peace of mind you deserve.

Seamless and Convenient

Accessing the Card Lock feature is incredibly straightforward and happens in real-time. No matter where you are, day or night.

Simply follow these easy step-by-step directions:

Trademark Home Banking

  • Log into your Home Banking.
  • Click “Online Services”.
  • Select “Card Services” from the dropdown.
  • You will then see your card(s) listed and have the option to toggle “on” to lock the selected debit card.
  • A confirmation box will appear, and you will need to click “Confirm” to complete the card lock.

Trademark Mobile App

  • Log into your Trademark Mobile App.
  • Click on Loans & Links at the bottom of your screen.
  • Click “Card Services”.
  • You will then see your card(s) listed and have the option to toggle “on” to lock the selected debit card.
  • A confirmation box will appear, and you will need to click “Confirm” to complete the card lock.

To turn your card back on in either platform, simply follow the steps above and toggle “off”.
