Joshua kept me informed of the process and never made me feel like I was taking him out of his busy schedule. He walked me through the process of applying for a loan and let me do it over the phone instead of online. Trademark has set the expectation of what banking should be. Trademark reminds me of how old school banking was, and the employees are really what makes the experience the best part. When I had my car totaled, you took the time to keep me in the loop on when the check arrived so that I could have peace of mind during the stressful time earlier in the year. I have been a member of the Credit Union since 1970, beginning with the Hannaford Credit Union and continuing after the merger. I live in the Brunswick-Topsham area, yet continue to do my banking in Augusta with Trademark. In addition to having several accounts (savings and checking, over the years my wife and I have taken out several loans with Trademark. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, especially when I need to have a problem fixed/corrected.

I have been a member of Trademark FCU for 20+ years aside from basic credit union transactions my wife and I also have a home improvement loan we are paying on. I joined the Credit Union because it was convenient but I stay with the Credit Union because they care about me as a member. I appreciate that I am greeted by name and with a smile when I come into the lobby. When we were buying a car we got our loan here because they made it easy.

Trademark FCU has offered me the lowest financing for all of my family's vehicles since becoming a member and helped me build my credit along the way. I also utilize services such as automatic transfer to ensure the proper amount of money is in each one of my accounts to cover my household bill withdrawals, saving me time and money on a regular basis. My time is pretty valuable with having teenage sons involved in many school activities, this along with automatic bill pay service has blessed me with the ability to attend their events and not worry about setting time aside for paying bills (who likes to do that anyway??)

I had decided to inquire with Trademark Federal Credit Union about a car loan because the credit union I was using gave me a very high rate. I filled out the application and was approved there was a huge difference in rates. This was a no brainer we got the loan through TFCU. I figured if they could save me on this new purchase they must be able to save us more money on an existing car loan. Sure enough they saved us 40% on our monthly payment. The day we closed on the new car loan we had very little time to get a check to the dealership, with no hesitation TFCU processed all of the paperwork and had a check ready to go within an hour. Oh by the way this was done after hours. I had also moved from my old credit union to TFCU because of this experience. Easy, Flexible and caring is how I would describe my interactions with TFCU… I would recommend them to anyone.

I went through a hard time in my life last year. I had filed bankruptcy due to a divorce. Hence, my credit was horrible. To make matters worse I had to buy a used car because mine wouldn't pass inspection. Because of my credit I had to pay a 20% interest rate. This loan was not through Trademark. Someone at my job told me about Trademark, to call them. What was there to lose. Well, I was amazed of the savings. I got a 5% interest rate. Saved me over 100 dollars a month. It also took over a year off my loan. I chose weekly payments out of my check, makes it easier to budget.

I have been a member of Trademark for a long time. Trademark has been there when I needed them. Every time I have experienced a problem their customer service team has been tight there to help me. Trademark has helped me to save money every week and put it in an account for that rainy day. Having a Christmas Club thru Trademark has helped me to buy Christmas presents for my grandkids. Without Trademark I would not be able to do that

Because again I just saved $$ and hard Inquiries on my Credit Report in financing my car through Trademark Federal Credit Union. I am so happy to have a team that is on my side.
