What to Expect When Visiting the South Portland Branch

We are thrilled to have opened our newest branch in the South Portland community! Since there are so many different procedures when entering businesses these days, we thought we would let you know ahead of time, what you can expect when you visit the new branch.

For your safety, as well as the safety of our team, we are limiting the amount of people we have in the lobby at one time.  So if you are coming into the branch and there are other people waiting to get in, please stand on one of our social distancing stickers as you wait.

We ask that you please wear a mask upon entering. We have also provided a hand sanitizing station when you walk in and ask that you please use it.

There are additional social distancing stickers on the floor in the lobby, to help guide you to our Member Services Officers, who are eagerly awaiting your arrival!

Once you have completed your transaction, we ask that you please exit out the front door – but don’t forget to help yourself to a gift on your way out! Just a small token of our appreciation for your continued Membership here at Trademark!

If you would prefer not to enter the lobby, you are welcome to use one of our two drive-thru lanes to our new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), where you can press the screen to speak with a Teller, or you can insert your card to use it as an ATM.

If you press the screen to speak with a Teller, they are able to assist you with:

  • Withdrawing cash
  • Transferring funds
  • Making cash or check deposits
  • Exchanging bills
  • Ordering checks
  • Making loan payments
  • Getting online banking assistance
  • Asking questions about any account
  • And more!

Whichever way you chose to do your transactions, whether it be in the lobby or at our ITM, we thank you for your visit and we hope to see you again soon!
