Updates Regarding the Scarborough Location
As you may have heard, we’ve had some exciting changes at our Scarborough location.
When you come down to visit Trademark now, you will notice that we have rearranged the room a bit. The teller line has been removed because most of our front-facing staff have relocated to our beautiful new branch just down the road at 340 Main Street, across from Dairy Queen at Cash Corner. But don’t worry, we are still able to help you with all your banking needs downstairs via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)!
Here are a few FAQs you may find helpful:
What if I want to take out some cash?
You are able to cash checks for exact change by using the ITM located in the Credit Union vestibule. Simply press the “Speak to a Teller” option on the screen to speak live on camera with Kaleb, Bailey, Josie or Jess.
You can also feel free to use the ITM exactly like an ATM by inserting your card into the machine; this will offer you cash as low as $5 increments.
The ATM located in the cafeteria on the second floor is also still available.
How can I deposit my check?
No problem! Press the “Speak to a Teller” option on the ITM and Kaleb, Bailey, Josie or Jess will be happy to walk you through the process – it’s quick and easy!
ITM teller hours are 7:30am-4:30pm, while the South Portland branch lobby is open 8:30am-4:30pm.
Members with debit cards can make ATM deposits on the ATM side of the ITM machine at any time of the day by inserting their Trademark debit card, entering their PIN, and selecting the deposit option.
Don’t forget about our direct deposit option – you can have all or a portion of your check deposited directly into your Trademark account. Simply click here to fill out this form and submit it to your employer.
How can I apply for a loan?
We welcome you to use our fast and easy online application, which can be found by clicking here. If you prefer to speak with someone on the phone, give us a call at 800-696-1146, then dial option #4.
Soon we will have a Loan Officer stationed in our South Portland location, so that you may visit someone in person. We look forward to announcing their arrival to you in the coming months!
