Our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) are up and running at our Augusta, South Portland and Scarborough locations.
These machines may look like an ATM, but they’re much, much more than that! With an ITM, you can actually speak directly to a Teller. If you press “speak to a teller”, one of four lovely faces will pop up: Kaleb, Josie, Jess or Chloe!
Some of the things you can do with these new machines include:
- Withdraw cash
- Transfer funds
- Make cash or check deposits
- Exchange bills
- Order checks
- Make loan payments
- Get online banking assistance
- Ask questions about any account
- And more!
