Security is of the utmost importance to us here at Trademark. We are always striving to ensure that we keep current on the latest upgrades and security features. That is why, on November 12th when you log into your Trademark Online or Trademark Mobile accounts, you will be prompted to add three new security questions.
These security questions replace the previous questions, that are designed to add an extra layer of security to your account. This will allow for future, additional security features. You will have the option to choose from multiple questions. You will not be required to provide the answers each time you login, it will only occur periodically. They can also be used when you have forgotten your password and are in need of resetting it.
