With the rapidly changing conditions regarding the Coronavirus, we have made decisions to limit contact between our internal team and contact between Members and our team. Please review below, the changes we are making, ways you can continue to conduct business and how we are here to help.
AS OF MARCH 17th –
The Augusta lobby will be closed, and all transactions will be completed through the drive-thru. The Scarborough lobby will be locked, allowing us to invite one Member into the branch at a time. The Portland branch will be closed until further notice. These decisions were made to encourage social distancing which is recommended to avoid the spread of the virus.
HOW YOU CAN CONDUCT BUSINESS –
As our Member, you do not need to leave the comfort and safety of your home to manage your finances. You can complete all your banking transactions, from checking your balance, to making an account transfer, depositing a check, or even paying a bill, without putting yourself or others at risk. Trademark Online and Trademark Mobile banking are available around the clock from your computer, smartphone or tablet. If you haven’t yet, please consider signing up for our online banking services today. You can access this service at our website or download the app in the Apple App or Google Play Stores. If you prefer, Trademark Audio is also available anytime, day or night, by calling 800-870-5506.
