Supporting the Augusta Food Bank & South Portland Middle School Food Pantry

Together, We Can Help Families in Our Community

This November, Trademark Federal Credit Union is hosting a food drive to support two incredible local organizations: the Augusta Food Bank and the South Portland Middle School Food Pantry.

We’re stepping up to help because many Maine families are feeling the impact of recent federal funding cuts, including the pause on SNAP benefits. For families who rely on these benefits, even a short-term pause can mean difficult choices between paying bills, buying groceries, or ensuring their kids have enough to eat.

You can make a real difference. Every can, every dollar, every act of kindness adds up to hope for a neighbor in need.

How You Can Help

Bring Donations to Your Local Branch

Monetary donations go even further.

Why Your Support Matters

When SNAP benefits are paused, many families suddenly face food insecurity. Children rely heavily on school pantries like the one at South Portland Middle School, and local food banks see a sharp increase in demand.

Your donations will help:

  • Keep shelves stocked with healthy, easy-to-prepare food.
  • Ensure local families have access to essentials during the holidays and beyond.
  • Support community programs working every day to fight hunger in Maine.

Thank You for Your Compassion

Your generosity helps us live out our mission of People Helping People. Whether you donate food, money, or simply share this campaign with others, you’re part of something bigger; a community that looks out for one another.
