We are proud to launch the Vision and Valor Award for Employee Excellence, recognizing Team Members who demonstrate outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to our vision, mission, and values.

The award honors those who:

  • Bring innovative ideas and improvements that drive value for Members, Employees, and the Organization.
  • Show courage, perseverance, and dedication in overcoming challenges.
  • Inspire others through their work ethic and integrity.
  • Make a meaningful impact on the credit union, our Members, and the communities we serve.

Each quarter, one team member will receive the award along with a bonus in recognition of their efforts.
