We’d like to thank you all for completing the recent survey we sent out regarding our remote services. It is so important that we continue to get feedback so that we can better serve you. After reading some of your comments, we felt we should share some additional information with you. 

WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS

One of the questions pertained to how you felt about doing your banking in the branch, as opposed to doing it remotely. While a majority of you felt it was not urgent that you get into the branch, there were a number of you who felt that it was important for you to do certain things in-person. We want to remind those folks that, while we are continuing to practice social distancing, our branches are open should you need us. Simply give us a call and we can discuss your needs with you and if need-be, will schedule you an appointment to come in and meet with one of us. We are here for you!

TRADEMARK TEAM IS HARD AT WORK

We want to assure you that, even though we are practicing social distancing, the Trademark Team is hard at work for you! Some of us have relocated to our homes and some of us are still in the branches – so even though you are not seeing our smiling faces, rest assured that we are smiling behind the scenes!

I PREFER FACE-TO-FACE INTERACTIONS

Fear not! We are working on making sure those of you who want to do transactions while looking at our smiling faces, will be able to do just that. We will have an update for you on this in our June Newsletter – or sooner. Stay tuned!
