Taylor comes to us with nine years of customer service experience, two of which were spent in the financial industry. She has a strong passion for helping people and is committed to providing overall well-being for our Members.
Taylor was born and raised in the great state of Maine and currently lives in Arundel with her boyfriend, Michael, and their two cats, Ivy and Butters. In her free time, Taylor enjoys being with her friends and family.

Melissa began her career at Trademark Federal Credit Union in April of 2012 as a Business Development Officer. Over that time, she has been committed to our organizational mission and delivering our member experience priority. Melissa exemplifies our vision, mission, and core values, all the while continuing to build our enhanced marketing initiatives and outreach to our communities. We believe strongly in a greater good and so does Melissa, which makes her a perfect fit to lead our marketing division.
