Having trouble hearing at the ITM?

We have solutions for that!

There is an option to turn up the volume on the right hand side of the screen.

There is an option to text instead of talking. Simply press the box that reads Text and Chat, and options will pop up for you to choose from. You can also type your own message in addition to the prepared requests.

There is an audio jack that you may use. Simply insert your headphones into the jack for audio instructions.

At the Scarborough location, there is a phone handset located on the left side of the machine.

Wondering if the machine is outfitted with braille?

It is! There is a braille-indicated “5” key to assist with hand orientation. The keypad is located to the right of the machine’s screen.

How do I start an ITM session?

This is a great question! You can do this one of two ways, by touching the screen, or by pressing the “2” key.

We hope these tips were helpful! We look forward to seeing you at your next visit!
