We are pleased to announce the recent promotion of Jessica, to Relationship Banker.
Jessica began her career at Trademark as a part-time Teller in our Augusta branch 3 years ago and has been a shining star in our Member Services group ever since. Within two months she became our full-time Vault Teller and was promoted to Member Services Officer II by the end of the following year. Jessica’s attention to detail, easy conversations with our Members and her strong desire to find solutions that work for them and the organization, makes her a perfect fit for this new position.

We are excited to announce the recent promotion of Krystina, to Loan Officer.
Krystina celebrated her 8-year anniversary with Trademark this year. She began her credit union career in Member Services, moved into the Loan Department as our Lending Support Specialist and was promoted this year to Loan Officer. Krystina’s focus and success has been in matching the right products to the borrower’s needs, offering affordable payments and great low rates. Krystina has been a leader in the digital transition of lending within our organization, reducing our paper footprint and coaching others on the use of technology to its fullest.
“I’m looking forward to many more years of continued service to our Membership and helping them achieve their financial goals and needs,” said Krystina.
We are thrilled to announce the return of a former Trademark employee: Aliesha!
Aliesha joins us here as our new Branch Experience Coordinator. She previously worked at Trademark for 5 years and left in 2018. Aliesha’s focus will be in training, coaching and ongoing development of branch personnel, while also supporting and helping to provide overall well-being for our Members.
“It feels great to be welcomed back into the Trademark family! I’m especially looking forward to collaborating with the staff to further enhance our service and help our Members pursue their passion,” said Aliesha.
