When we were in the planning stages of our end-of-summer block party, we had one goal in mind: to meet some folks in the community. We had no idea just how many neighbors we’d be meeting that day! We were overjoyed at the amount of people who came to say “hello” and partake in the festivities.
From watching the little ones playing on the ladder truck at the Fire Department to seeing the support of the South Portland High School sports boosters, we got a small glimpse into what it’s like to be a part of this amazing community. It filled us with an immediate sense of pride that we know is only going to grow throughout the years!
Here are just a few fun shots from the event:

We would like to thank the wonderful folks on our Board of Directors for volunteering their time that day to help make sure everything went off without a hitch. We couldn’t have done it without you!

And another thanks to the wonderful folks who helped make the event so fun: Catcha Vibe, Pink Waffle Food Truck, Sabali Reggae Kitchen, Spirits Catering, Party Palooga, South Portland Fire Department, SPHS Girls Volleyball Boosters, SPHS Field Hockey Boosters, SPHS Football boosters, Austin Mills Creative and New England Photo Booth.
This was such a strong show of community support and has made us excited for what the future holds!
