Welcome, Dylan – Our New Community Banker!

Please join us in welcoming Dylan, the newest addition to our team at Trademark Federal Credit Union!

A lifelong Mainer, Dylan grew up in Lisbon and graduated from Lisbon High School before earning his associate degree in Liberal Arts from Southern Maine Community College.

Dylan brings a passion for helping others and is excited to be part of the credit union movement, where making a positive difference in people’s lives is part of the mission. He’s driven by the sense of purpose that comes with supporting Members and their financial well-being.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys video games, snowboarding, and hitting the disc golf course when the weather allows. He’s also a longtime soccer enthusiast who’s played the sport for over 20 years—and still finds time for pickup games with friends and former coaches.

We’re thrilled to have Dylan on the team and can’t wait for you to meet him!

Welcome, Tysa – Our New Relationship Banker!

Tysa was born and raised in North Carolina (GO TAR HEELS!).  She graduated from UNCW (that’s in Wilmington, NC) in 2002 with a Bachelor’s in English/Creative Writing. From the time she was little, she had dreams of becoming an attorney, screenplay writer/movie director, and/or a professional basketball player. Instead, she found herself in the world of sales and customer service in a variety of different industries. Regardless of the company, be it restaurants, retail, car sales, or otherwise, she has always thrived on providing epic experiences. 

Her greatest moment of career growth thus far came in 2013, in which she worked for a big bank and learned all about deposit account servicing, loan servicing for both residential and commercial, consumer lending, and then became a mortgage loan officer for the final five years there until it was time for a change.  She became a mortgage broker loan officer after that for about a year but realized it wasn’t quite “it”, so she decided to pursue another dream of hers: she started a multi-faceted coaching business with a focus on sales and basketball coaching, as well as networking events.  Focusing on building it slowly, she still needed to be financially stable and felt the pull back to the financial industry. She wanted to get away from the “corporate” environment, so she discovered the credit union world, where she is loving the smaller community-based experience. She is excited to see where Trademark takes her!

Outside of work, Tysa can be found on the basketball or tennis courts, with occasional soccer playing still (when her body allows it), or out dancing to anything with lots of bass.  She also loves the ocean, traveling, and has a strong passion for music and singing, as well as movies. In fact, she is working on a novel series she hopes to develop into a screenplay someday, as that is still a dream of hers. She resides in the beautiful town of Harpswell with her partner and they are hoping to adopt a rescue dog soon!
