We’re thrilled to share some exciting news — Aliesha has been promoted to Director of Operational Efficiency!

Aliesha’s journey with Trademark began in 2012 when she joined us as a Member Services Representative. Over the years, she has worn many hats, from Lending Support Specialist to Member Services Assistant Manager, and most recently as our Branch Experience Coordinator. Her career path reflects not only her wide-ranging expertise but also her deep commitment to serving our Members and supporting our Team.

In 2018, Aliesha made the decision to take time away from work to be home with her son during his early years – a time she cherishes deeply. In 2022, we were overjoyed to welcome her back when she rejoined the team, ready to dive back in as her son started school. Upon her return, Aliesha brought an even deeper sense of purpose, sharing her knowledge across both branches and helping elevate the experience for Members and staff alike.

Aliesha has a gift for connecting with people, whether it’s assisting a Member or supporting a teammate. She truly shines when she’s making a difference — and anyone who’s worked with her can feel the care and intention she brings to everything she does.

Outside of work, Aliesha and her husband are proud parents to two wonderful children and a crew of four-legged companions — two dogs and two cats! When life slows down just enough, they enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, tackling home renovation projects, and making memories with family and friends.

We’re excited to announce that Taja has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Growth and Partnerships!

Since joining Trademark, Taja has embodied our mission of creating meaningful experiences for Members while living out her values of purpose-driven work and community connection.

“I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it – I’m truly grateful to have found a role where I not only love what I do but also get to make a real impact for our Members and community,” she shared.

Taja’s passion, dedication, and warmth shine through in everything she does – from supporting our Team to ensuring every Member feels seen and supported. “Purposeful, meaningful work is a huge part of what Trademark is all about, and I feel lucky to be a part of it,” she added.

Outside of work, Taja finds joy in the little things that make life beautiful. “I love spending time outdoors discovering new trails with my family and camera. I don’t believe I’ll ever fully capture the beauty of Maine; however, I definitely enjoy trying – just ask my husband how many hours I spend chasing the perfect shot.”

Taja’s heart is with her family. “My family is my core. Watching my children grow and discover who they are is incredible, and I’m truly grateful to be part of their journey – even if it is moving far too fast!”
