WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE RECENT PROMOTION OF JESSICA, TO BRANCH MANAGER.
Jessica began her career at Trademark as a Part-Time Teller in our Augusta branch. Within two months she became our full-time Vault Teller and was promoted to Member Services Officer II by the end of the following year. She was promoted to Relationship Banker in at the beginning of 2022. Jessica has proven that she values the Member Experience. She has a passion for educating and ensuring that our Members feel comfortable and confident about their financial decisions and overall well-being. This makes her a perfect fit to lead a team of like-minded individuals in Augusta.
“Over the past 4 years I’ve had the pleasure to get to know and help so many Members and their families. I’m looking forward to my continued growth with Trademark and to share my passion for helping people,” said Jessica.
WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE RECENT PROMOTION OF KELSEY, TO RELATIONSHIP BANKER.
Kelsey began her career at Trademark as an eService Representative in our Augusta branch in 2022. Kelsey originally joined us with a passion for financial wellness and education and has demonstrated this with each interaction with our Members. She has taken this role and has truly immersed herself in it.
“I’m excited to take on this new role and learn how to assist Members in tackling new challenges,” said Kelsey.
WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WENDY HAS TRANSITIONED TO OPERATIONS PROCESSOR.
Wendy began her career at Trademark as the Branch Manager in our Augusta branch at the height of Covid. Wendy had a positive outlook on all situations and ensured that the Member experience never faltered. We are excited to have Wendy in the Operations Processor position knowing that her eye for detail and work ethic will provide another level to our already amazing Member Service team.
“I am excited about taking on this new role to help provide enhanced service for our Members,” said Wendy.
