Dear Member,

Over the past month, we were faced with decisions of whether to open our branch doors when some of our Trademark teammates were experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms and, in some cases, may have had contact with someone who had tested positive for COVID-19.  In all three instances, we made the decision not to open the lobby until our teammates recovered from their symptoms and tested negative for COVID-19.  These decisions were not taken lightly, however, when considering the overall health and well-being of our Membership and teammates, the decision to close our lobby was very clear.  Luckily, everyone returned to work quickly and healthy.

These decisions were made easier, in part, because so many of you have adopted remote services like depositing checks and managing your account online.  It was also made easier with our ability to serve you through our new ITMs. These Interactive Teller Machines, located at all three of our locations, have remained open.  They allow you to conduct Teller transactions with personal service but without the physical contact that may occur in a lobby setting.

Throughout the upcoming cold and flu season, it is likely we may again be faced with these same circumstances.  When and if this time comes, we will continue to carefully consider the health and well-being of our Members and teammates while balancing the necessity of conducting daily branch business.  To ensure you have the best experience and all of your banking needs are met, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to your trip to the branch. You can also follow us on Facebook for up to date information.

Whether it is in person, online, or on the phone, our team is here, actively working for you, answering your questions, and providing help and guidance.  No matter the circumstance, we are the Credit Union you’ve come to know and love – safe, friendly, and solidly dependable.

Thank you for your Membership!

Sincerely,

Joann Bisson
